Seven original solo piano compositions — one for each color of the rainbow

Jeremy has always thought in concepts. With The Color Connection, he may have crafted his most luminous one yet.

Each of the seven tracks is dedicated to a color of the rainbow — and each color is given its own key center, carefully chosen to evoke that color's essence in nature. The primary colors bloom in major keys; the secondary colors take on the deeper, more complex tones of minor keys. Violet and Indigo, those elusive neighbors at the edge of the spectrum, share a single wistful key — a deliberate break in symmetry that mirrors the mystery of the colors themselves.

Each composition reaches for something specific beyond an abstract soundscape. The journey begins with Red Rose, opening gradually like a bloom reaching toward light. Orange Fruit delivers a palpable, textured gift of nature. Yellow Sun rises with classical energy and brightness. Green Forest draws you deeper, into something bustling with life. Blue Ocean moves with the the endless and sometimes tumultuous waves of the sea. Indigo Sky evolves into a brilliant night sky. Violet Rain closes the album with the intense energy of a storm and concludes with playful lightness.

As each color gives way to the next, Jeremy's meticulous modulations create seamless transitions — a flowing, unbroken journey through the full arc of the rainbow.
